Was benching 250x7 now ca barely get 3 after a few days and it wasn't just one day its been that was for 3 or 4 days on squats I was doing 365x4 now on my second set of 3 with 335 I can't even do one.
Its really starting to piss me off and I'm not sure why it happening.
What I think it might be
Started taking melatonin b4 bed, could I still be tired from that as I lift in the morning?
actually upped my cals by 500 and feel weaker

Ya shaneaunt. Your body doesn't have enough time to recover. thats my opinion anyways
Your also into powerlifting, i would head over to the powerlifting section and ask their opinion
You could also PM a guy named "Martyn" he posts frequently in tbb and he is also a powerlifter, he also lifts just like you. He squats fullbody 6-7 times a week
