Love all those DL doubles! Strong squatting afterwards too
Lack of sleep catches up with you after awhile. Dem early wake ups! I dunno how you manage to do 2 workouts in a day sometimes.

A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

Still strong training bro despite it being after work. I'm same with DBone here, I rather train before going to work than after. Way to keep killing it man!!

Hope you did well on your finals! I'm sure you aced them
You're in the Bay Area? Sweet! Hope you and your family enjoy it
Drive safe down to the southland bro!
Definitely have to start doing more workouts in the morning. It's all on me to wake up at the appropriate time lol. I'm heading out for a bench session right now in fact
About the car, we were thinking of a Q5 or a Q7 to replace the X5 in a couple of years. Didn't know it might happen sooner
I'm going to try and cut down the two-a-days for sure. First step is to get to bed and wake up on time lol
I'm on an RPE (rate of perceived exertion) system where that number denotes a level of effort. The "8" means that I had 2-4 reps left for that set. A "9" means 1 left and a "10" means no reps in the tank.
Yeah, I'd hate to have 2 car payments. I paid off the X5 long ago and have two years left on our sedan.
Thanks bro! Dem new shirt designs are badass## chillin at home crew

Takes some getting used to, but once you get into the swing of things your body will adjust and you will fly through your am workouts.
I'd go with a Q7 over a Q5 (money permitting of course). I am not a fan of the smaller SUV type cars b/c I find the rear seating is severely limited. Then again, I love my A6 and try to minimize letting the kids in it, so any Audi is a good AudiKenshin and Dbone's Nursing Home Adventures (ongoing) ... http://tinyurl.com/ns23wak

I'm already adjusted to morning bench workouts Gotta work on squats and deads in the morning though.
Q5 does look too small but the Q7 may be too big to fit comfortably in my garage with our other car. Oh well, we'll decide when the time comes to replace the X5
My wife likes the look of the Audis. That's the first test to pass lol
me too
Got the estimate back from the body shop. So the damage that you see in the pics above, plus some internal damage, will cost $9k (parts and labor). Dem German motor vehicles lol## chillin at home crew

audi's are imo the best gernman line bang for buck. only downside is as i'm sure you know w/ the beemer, that working on them yourself is out. also that repair bills if they do crap out are not cheap.

Notes
* Good day benching. I was a little surprised at how strong I felt in the morning. It must mean that my body's now adjusted to morning benching
* I got to the gym earlier than usual but still not early enough to fit everything in the morning session. Getting up early is a work-in-progress lol## chillin at home crew

I believe so. My bench was going up at the end of A5x5 and it's carried over to RTS. Some of that were due to weighted dips though, and the floor pressing is continuing to build up strength in my triceps
Haha it'll happen sooner or later
Lol I'm still planning to drop by that Gold's soon and check it out. They have the iron round plates you know and love## chillin at home crew

Going to red cannon this guy for carrying too much sandbags. lol
TGIF bro!
Thanks bench coach, FIT CEO, Mind over matters, strong asian but not joocin BFF
Not sure I understand your question. I'm doing the basic RTS template that focuses on the big 3. Squat and deadlift get their treatment on other days.## chillin at home crew
