    Cardio before or after lifting?

    Sorry, I know this has been talked about before, but I couldn't find any posts with it in.
    So... right now I'm training for soccer, which means running whenever I can get it in. Should I be running before or after lifting, and how long before or after?
    Thanx. All I need is a quick simple reply... I know I won't make gr4eat gains like this, but that's the price i pay...

    I would have to say after lifting because doing it before will affect your lifting. I dunno about right after or waiting a bit after or not that is probably what Mr. smarty pants poppa pump can tell you.

    I would suggest your off days however I occasionally do a light run before my leg days, more of a warm up then for cardio purposes.

    after.......ur glycogen(i know i spelled that wrong) levels are lower so u burn fat as more of a primary source. is that right, cuz i think i've heard that before.
