Fancied showing this here to get some feedback. Bodyweight is about 118kg/260lbs, fluctuates 2kg a day...
Squatting 250kg and benching 160kg at the moment. Aiming to compete in a raw comp early 2013, i am 6ft 5" so will be in heavys regardless which means i need to get my act together! 340kg deadlift, 280kg squat and 170kg bench for a 790kg/1742lbs total would be excellent.

Thanks guys. I find pulling in a belt a bit awkward. Never felt comfortable pulling heavy using one.
I squat using a 10mm lever belt and it helps loads, maybe worth trying to incorporate a belt into my deads.320kg/705lbs Deadlift, 260kg/575lbs Squat, 160kg/365lbs Bench

I had the same issue. My conventional pull would just go to **** when I put a belt on. When I sumo it's a different story.
I recently changed my competition pull to a conventional so I've been forcing myself to learn how to deal with the belt. This will be my first meet pulling conventional. If you invest some times doing lighter work before or after your heavy unbelted work with the belt, you will eventually regroove it as to learn how to use the belt.
Funnily enough, I added the belt a few days ago and worked up to a 300x3 and 317.5x1, after that I took the belt off for a 300kg single as I'd never done 300 no belt before and was quite shocked at how the no belt felt awkward and loose.
Unfrotuantely I didn't get any of the heavier lifts, but you can see things go to crap a little on my one singles with 300 no belt. : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ky_M_HpXXE8
The wsay that pull moved looked like it was begging for a belt. I think there is an easy 10-15kg there for you with a belt and a few session. Just be patient.

Excellent job. That is impressive. I don't wear a belt either. I am no where near the level you are but heavy is relative. I find that my breathing is hindered wearing a belt. I just started coming into this section and find it one of the better ones on this site. Great stuff over here
