    when sitting:

    ribs past hips
    knees higher than hips
back of head is the highest point
    arch your lower back slightly

and you can try exercises like, standing against a flat wall, chin down as far as you can, back of head should be high, shoulders back, stand there for as long as you can (it will be very hard at first, so do 1 min, next day, 2 mins, next day 3, etc). do it every day.

This is usually due to undeveloped muscles. Lifting weights for back like rows and wide grip rows will help eliminate your hunch. Also stretch out your traps backward each morning.

do more rear delt exercises and back exercises. Stay away from doing front dumbbell raises and shoulder presses for shoulders. also just practice perfect posture whenever you are able.

To fix this you will not only have to work specific muscles (mainly lower trapezius, posterior deltoids, TRANSVERSE abdominis), but also inhibit and stretch the overactive muscles that are pulling your shoulders forward (pectoral, anterior deltoid, SCM, and upper trapezius).

If you have upper crossed syndrome you likley have lower crossed syndrome also.

If you have a desk job, replace your chair with a balance ball. That'll get you used to straightening your back in no time.
