Ruhl was ridiculously small.
In the first shot he's 19, then 23, then I believe 25. He didn't grow nearly as fast as the others.

I mean if you look at Ruhl's progress compared to say... Jay's.
Jay added about 50 lbs in his first year. Ruhl took four years to start looking big. He didn't blow up as quickly as the others.

1) Yeah, I'd say he didn't hit the sauce as early as some did. I know Lee Priest was geared up before he was 17. There's no way in hell anyone has genetics to achieve the physique he had that young.Originally posted by pjorstad

He is bigger then ronnie.
I thought gunther was the only one bigger the ronnie(if oyu add height into it) or was i confusing the two.
From that pic though ruhl has ronnie demolished in chest, biceps, legs, and calves, and shoulders.
Ronnies gut is smaller and his lats are bigger. Not great enough IMO, to beat him. Oh well.

Ronnie's belly is sloppier than Ruhl's, in my opinion, but it's tough because Ruhl has such wide hips that the gut may just appear to be smaller because it's proportionate.
Ronnie's got Ruhl smoked in conditioning, Ruhl's got Ronnie outsized everywhere. That includes the lats.

Personally i think ruhl looks sloppier in the gut because its much more portruded. I think ruhl abuses gh to the extrem which is why his gut is more portruding and why he is so freakishly big, because gh actually increases the amount of muscle fibers you have, taking you one step beyond what is possible with steroids + great training + perfect genetics = cutler and ronnie.

This is crazy, ronnie's lats are even smaller then cutlers.
What olympia was this???
I can't believe he won, he really doesn't look any more conditioned then jay cutler overall. Am i mistaken?
