I've noticed that this type of conditioning is more common on BBers of his size, and not as common on the pro IFBB stage.
Why is this? Is it due to the mass of the IFBB elite?

Helmut Strebl is THE TRUTH! he trains in my gym he is the nicest guy i have ever met in the fitness world. No ego just straight nice guy. even gave me a thumbs up after watching me deadlift… And he trains hard!!! i believe he is natural from what i have seen in person

The guy is just a beast. I personally would not like to walk around that lean (not that I could), but he looks fenomenal.
This kind of a physique is WAY more of an inspiration to me than any of the pros, no disrespect meant, but just way more inspirational.

I'm 50 years old UK natural bodybuilder and hoping to achieve a shredded look like Helmut. He's a real inspiration.
I started training consistently 8 years ago at the age of 42. I believe that I still have plenty of genetic potential to tap into!
