does anyone get super tired after drinking there own home made shakes? Like everytime i make my shake i feel extremely tired after 30minutes...
My ingredients are:
1.5 scoops of whey (bsn)
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 cup plain 1% yogurt
1 to 1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup raw oats

I get the same thing, and don't bother trying to get your answers from fools like these. None of them even know how to take questions seriously, let alone give an intelligent answer. Go Google it. What i've found that helps me? I mix my protein shake with milk and two scoops of chocolate ice cream, and I drink it with a meal, not alone. I no longer get the tired feeling.
