    Gone a tad out of shape lately so decised to start training again and attemptimg my first ever proper cut
    Ill be doing 531 fsl foe the cut and 5s pro/BBB for the bulk
    Starting weight 107.7kg
    Aiming for 2200 Cal/220g protein a day
