I'm super sore. The same weight is starting to feel heavier, not lighter. I really need to aggressively attack my flexibility issues so I stop rounding my back on front squats and DLs.
Another day of doing random, probably not terribly productive ****.
Incline bench: 155x5, 165x5, 175x5, 185x5
Power cleans: 185x2x5
PLP 38 (only got 30 pushups in 1st set. 1st time I haven't been able to do all of them at once.)

Trap bar deads: 245x3, 275x3, 315x20 (touch and go). Was only supposed to do 3 but did the 20 rep set as punishment for the weekend.

Really unhealthy weekend. Didn't go to the gym at all. Drank a lot. Kind of sick.

Power cleans: 155x2, 175x2, Missed 195 3 times. Unbelievable given that I was did 215x1 two weeks ago and 185x3x5 last week. Hopefully that is just a product of being sick.
Been sick all week. Down to 186lbs, which is at least 5 and probably more like 7, less than I weighed about 2 weeks ago. Still don't feel 100%, either.
Went in Friday and benched 215x8.
Today I went in, dicked around w/some hang snatches up to 105x3 and then did power cleans up to 185x1. Missed 195 and went home.
