Really impressive results up in here so far. For anybody struggling though there is stll 8 weeks til final pics due.
I'm very happy with my workouts but at the expense of my diet this week. Feel good overall.
Can make considerable progress in 8 weeks.

I can't begin to imagine how awesome you must feel! Huge congratulations to you! May it be easy riding from here on end!
True enough! It's still anyone's game!
----
did my usual Sunday hike up the big hill. Took me a little longer than usual. Not sure why. I'm trying to get in some swimming early this week. My usual partners have things going on. I do have a biathlon/duathlon (swim/run) on Friday--just a fun contest between my usual Friday crew. Soccer game on Monday. And three days of planned lifting.
I'll be giving thanks on Thursday, but not via a huge meal. The extended family is keeping it mellow, so it'll just be my immediate family. The good thing is we won't be over-stuffing ourselves. The other good thing is we'll probably make it a beach day.Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"

Sounds like everyone's doing great.... I got about 2-4 days of work left on my house and then I hit overdrive... so I guess the last 6 weeks will be where I make my most visible progress??
I'm already wearing pants 3" smaller than I was forced to wear at the start! (36" pants... 34"s too uncomfortable... now I'm sittin in 33's and I neeeed a belt!). I weighed in at 161lbs this morning (unofficial weigh in) so thats... 17lbs... and I've just been watching what I eat (smaller portions, "better" choices...) and working hard on the house. I like this effortless weightloss feeling lolBluePrint Believer!

I feel a cold coming on.
Been waking up middle of the night with cracked lips & needing to chug water.
It's screwing up my morning weight so the scale is f'ing with my head. LOL!
I think i'm going to lay off it until Thanksgiving morning.
Before the pig out.
But, my waist & butt are def. smaller.
I'm easily on that new hole on my belt today!
I think I need to post up mid-way pics & take some measurements.

Iv always suffered from sleep issues, i was taking melatonin for a while but it stopped working and i didnt want to keep upping the dosage so i switch to alteril, while i still dont sleep through the night (do i sound like a newborn or what?? haha) it does give me a good few hours of really deep sleep.Goals: lose 20lbs

Happy Monday OBF family, hope everyone had a really good weekend. Its my baby girls 2nd birthday today and we celebrated last night with a pizza and cake party. Iv been keto cycling for about a week now so i made sure to schedule my carb up day on her birthday, and carb up i did!!! This week is likely to be a short keto week (thanksgiving and all), im hoping to knock my body back into ketosis quickly so i hit the gym early this morning and holy cow did i have energy!! i did 3miles of sprint work, weighted box jumps, and worked on flexibility. Iv been trying to hit the 32inch box but i keep psyching myself out, im pretty sure i can make it if i can just get over my fear. To be 5'1 and be able to jump higher then half of me will be a huge accomplishment. Ready to rock the rest of the week!!

THANKS for the encouragement! 8 weeks is PLENTY of time to keep after it, you are right! Husband FORCED me to lift chest on Sunday (he wanted a spoter basically). Lift was good, but as expected, I think it killed my form in my swim this morning cause I was pretty sore. Swam for over an hour and plan to swim tomorrow and Wednesday morning as well. Have the Thanksgiving meal planned, seems like it will not be too deadly, but I am looking forward to getting my EAT on! Hope to stay on the workouts so I can enjoy Thanksgiving day to the FULLEST!
Happy HOLIDAY week everyone!

That's some good news right there as I have some catching up to do at this point. Started out strong and slipped a bit over the past several weeks.
One of the reasons I joined the OBF is to stay on track, stay focused, and stay accountable to a tough yet supportive group. Well, today is a new day with new choices to make and I'm ready to get back in the game.

Thanks ellybelle. It really does feel amazing. I failed to even get to 200 even on three previous attempts in my life. I owe this success to finding bodybuilding.com forums and the constant inspiration and motivation on these boards that keep me accountable and moving forward. Winning!
Thanks Ej.
Good tip! I am looking ahead now for ways to bulk when the time comes.Weighed - 281 lbs on 1/1/2012
