Thanks! I did that because looser clothes is a good indicator of progress- it's something that does not lie. I bought the shirt last year with good intentions of fitting in it but never did. I am feeling much more positive going into this comp for some reason. And I get the feeling alot of others are feeling the same going into this Fall OBF. I just have a feeling we are gonna have a high ratio of people lasting the whole 16 weeks and meeting their goals this time round. I'm hoping we can all keep the positive mentalities going to pull us through the holidays and winter

You need to host them in either photobucket or imageshack. I feel photobucket is best.

I'm in. I have my photos in my photo gallery. When I tried to post them in the thread with the [img] things.... they posted but they were huuuge. I guess I'll have to upload them to photobucket first and see if that will fix the size issue. Which, i'm at work and they have photobucket blocked of course.

But as far as the comp goes, I'm hitting it hard. Let's go!

You can also just re-size them before uploading to BB.com if your computer has software to do it, if that is easier for you.

Windows photo editor on some desktops will do it, that is what I used set to 20% works for what my camera produces.

35 minutes LISS crapio & abs this morning.

Tonight will be Back & some more crapio.

Photos are posted. Crossing fingers that the computer photo of the date is acceptable. Those things are never as easy as you think they'll be. AND, when I took the first round of photos, we totally forgot to put the computer in the shot!

Looking foward to getting work done! I had just come off an really epic weight loss just two weeks ago. Did a pretty good dry out to get to my lowest possible weight. I gained a few pounds back, but it was expected. THEN, this week, I had some stressful days involving sick kids and poor coping. I reverted to some bad food choices. I'm over it now and plan to be 100% committed to these 16 weeks!

My basic goals are:

-Get my body fat to the high teens
-Increase my poundage in my lifts
-Increase my running distance
-Improve my swim speed

I will be in my best shape come January!

Great plan! I'm excited to watch you this 16 weeks!!
