She knows going into it that it isn't right. She should have been more responsible because she already knew she could get busted. I'm in my 3rd year teaching and we've had entire trainings are this sort of thing. You'll be strung up regardless of age. In Texas it's also a felony, even if they're 18.

I’m more shocked that she’s a teacher at 22. She’s wasn’t messing around she got her undergrad done in 4 yrs or less then knock out her teaching credentials in a year then immediately applied and started working

Most states are going to have laws specifically making it illegal for educators to be in relationships with students regardless of age.
