Unless there is a medical reason for it I am against it (same with breast implants). There is nothing wrong with the before photos. Do we really want to live in a world where people are so shallow that they are self-conscious about the shape of their nose, ears, or chin?
It really is amazing how far medicine has come that we have the option to worry about such things.

Maybe so but their whole facial structure has changed, you'd be blind not to see that.
Actually in the first picture there is a good chance she has speech and breathing difficulties. Not only that but it can cause postural problems with the neck. If I looked like either I would get the surgery. It turned out for the better for them, check out some of the other pics up there, its incredible.

There are hundreds of photos of successful jaw surgery on that site and on youtube as well. Not only that but jaw surgery is carried out all the time, not just for cosmetic reasons. It has a much higher success rate than traditional cosmetic procedures (fat transfer etc). I don't get the hate, its great for these people with such unfortunate before faces, I feel happy for them.
Come on, look at the profile shots and her upper jaw placement. Its not like a botched botox or nose job. Its much larger structurally and subtle changes affect the whole face. Regardless of makeup lighting etc.

Explain. If you can't see the structural difference of their whole face then you are retarded.
Hope is all goes well bro!
Dat der strong jaw,
Exactly. Highly trained maxillofacial surgeons carry out this procedure all the time, not your commercial plastic surgeon trying to sell something for a profit.
