10-17-2010, 03:59 AM #18lol the last 3 years have been solely on strength routines. its gone to the point where i dont even care how look, i just wanna bench 200 lb's once in my life. ill get slightly stronger every few months but it slowly goes back to normal. i have to do everything perfect in 6 months in order to put 4 lbs to bench and i only bench 160. then i have to stick with it for another 6 months just to keep it. any weeks off or slight injuries put me right back down to the bottom again. its amazing how many years can go by in a flash and you havent achieved anything.Originally Posted by Tyler_Durdin

This entire time I was thinking he was a guy who was frustrated with contest natural bodybuilding. Had put years into it, could bench around 400 lbs and was bitter about it all.
Not a kid who has never touched weights before.
He can't claim genetics because there are natty female contest BBs on this site with better development on this site. He's just an idiot.
