diet pretty disciplined...everyday i was around 200 g of protein. had carbs only for breakfast and post workout and they were either oatmeal or whole grain bread. fat came from nuts and oils. i usually eat 5 times a day. so in 1 week thats 35 meals. each week i'd have 2-3 cheat meals where i ate whatever i wanted. besides those 2-3 meals a week(if i cheated at all), for 9 months i stuck with the basics.
weight training? kept it basic as well. i'm a natural mesomorph so i only lifted 2-3 days a week and still kept a good amount of muscles. back/bi, chest/shoulder/tri, legs.
cardio was huge for me. i hate to run but i love playing basketball so i'd play at least an hour of basketball 4-5 days a week. thats where the fat burning came in huge. the diet/cardio was almost everything- i just lifted to tear my muscles so they'd continue to grow/maintain what i had.
all in all, basic **** man. strict diet, upped my cardio, basic weight training. as we all know (most of us anyway)...really isn't any secret or supplement. be disciplined and patient and the results will follow.

Cutting to a BF I think looks acceptable and then cleanest of the cleans bulk through summer.

i'm 5'10. i played division 1 football (halfback) so working out/lifting has been instilled in me since i've been a young kid. i don't plan to enter in any competitions or anything. i'm really going for an aesthetic look. and yeah i got lucky with my back and legs. like i said i'm naturally a mesomorph so i've always been pretty muscular. i could take off lifting for a while and my legs/back would still be in pretty good shape. i appreciate the compliments guys, really do. took a lot of hard work and dedication to get to my goal. now i just wanna stay under 6 percent body fat and gain a few more lbs.

you didnt planned to cut fast, right? i mean, you just ate ''clean'' and started getting leaner. it happened to me last year.. added couple of cardio sessions per week and wtf..Treat women worse than holocaust victims crew
