Yeehaw!
Theo is doing really well, he had his shots this past Friday. He is 5 months now and weighs 19 lb and is 27.5 inches. He can sit on his own somewhat but still tips over a fair bit.
I dressed him up in his hockey onesie the other day:
On Wednesday I got in and ran some intervals.
Today was so cold out! It's supposed to be frigid all week.
What I got done:
Squat - 90lb 8x2
DL - 145lb 8x2 plus 4
DB bench - 40s 5x2
BB row - 80lb 4x2, 75lb 8x1 - I still hate these.
Assisted pull up - 100 lb assist x 2
35 foot bear crawl
10 minutes bike
It was a good solid work out and it made me feel better than I did before I went in.Love others well, but love thyself the most

Hey Maggie I've been meaning to tell you my mom almost named me Maggie, but my dad thought I was a boy and really liked the name Eric, so guess you won when I came out lol.
Man, those burpees are crazy! I could barely do 20 before I got pregnant Looks like you are regaining strength every time you workout, some nice numbers you are hitting every week.
Theo is so cute That's awesome that he is sitting up like that already. Are those constellations on his pants? If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Thanks - he is pretty cute! Well his Dad certainly is glad the lockout is over!
I have always liked my name - lol.
Yep, they are constellations. He has 9 pairs of these leg warmers we got them off Etsy.
http://www.etsy.com/shop/mamarunswithscissors
She will shorten them to 10" or 12" and the standard is 14". I use his 10" ones as sleeves now. Here is an example.
He has stripes, robots, constellations, galaxy theme, phoenix, love monkeys, koi, whales, and birds on a wire - oh and the nutcracker he wore for Christmas. We got almost all of his clothes for free so we went a little overboard on these.
Last Wednesday I did 4x4 push ups and ran intervals.
Today went like this:
Squats - 3 x 4 @ 105
DL - 3 x 4 @ 175
Bent over BB row - 2 x 3 @ 85
Dumb bell bench press - 2 x 6 @ 40
Hanging knee raise - 2 x 6
10 minutes bike
I just added another set on the squats and DL this week - since I don't go as often I want to own the higher weights to avoid any injuries.
I am keeping pretty busy this winter - I am taking 3 online courses and we are in two baby/mum programs.
Today I started tracking my intake again. I must lose some fat!Last edited by hieronymous; 01-28-2013 at 08:43 PM.

It's a nice side effect of bodybuilding! lol
Well, last Wednesday I didn't get in to the gym. I did run about a km outside though and walked another 2. It was very mild last Wednesday.
The food logging is going really well. I am definitely consuming less than I have been. I was at the health food store today to get pb and they had kefir on sale so I bought some. Yum!!! It's a nice treat once in a while.
This is what I did today:
Lat pull down 6 x 120, 4 x 120
Leg curls 135 x 8 x 2
Leg extension 135 x 12 x 3
DB Bicep curls - 3 x 4 @ 30lb
DB shoulder press - 2 x 6 @ 30 lb
5 x 12 walking lunges
Ran 5 minutes at 6.0 mph and rode the bike for 10 minutes.Love others well, but love thyself the most

This past week I finally succumbed to the sickness that is going around - baby had a cold too. I didn't go to the gym at all. We did go out for a good walk on Wednesday.
I haven't weighed myself in ages so I thought I would today - the usual one I use was out of service so I used the one in the ladies only. It showed I lost 5lb since I last checked. Hmm- not sure about that but I will check again next time I go on my usual one. If I did lose 5 then that is pretty cool.
Today's gym work:
Squat - 85 - 8x2, 95, 8x2
DL - 145 4x5
Seated row- 80 - 8x2
Bench press - 95 - 2x4
Knee bench dips 3x5
Traveling plank 5 feet forward, 5 feet backward
20 mountain climbers
I really need to get back to doing more BW stuff. The extra weight really does make everything substantially more difficult though.

Hey Maggie!
I hope all is going well for you and Mr. Theo!
Bummer about getting sick, I hope it was a short illness for all of you
I think BW exercises are a great idea, I'm thinking doing that to get back in the swing of things. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
