Best advice I could give you to bench 315 is that you need to bench 250 and 280 first. Pretty obvious but I guess you get what I am saying. Sadly getting strong takes time and that is achieved best by steady and slow baby steps.

Or just get stronger. If we were talking like 405 then yes get thick. But 315 is a bench most weight classes should be able to achieve. Or I'm taking what you said the wrong way and in that case never mind.

Hmmmmmm, very curious. Why db presses with 50%??

That was the first suggestion back in 2012.
Now that this thread is back from the dead you have to do it and post that video you said was coming soon in 2014!

    1) eat, train, and lose the abs
    2) push the thing, post a video
    3) cut back down, get the abs
    Current.....................335 / 285 / 499............183 lbs
    July 1, 2019................9 week cut.................164 lbs
    Late April 2019.........285 / 275 / 440.............178 lbs
    Oct, 2018..............175x6 / 145x6 / 275x5......163 lbs

This is the most reasonable approach to this. Consistent programming and calorie surplus are your best friends. Run a gradual recomp cycle after hitting it to maintain your glorious 315 bench and slowly drop any unwanted lbs gained along the way.
