I take 1200 mg before every softball game. Tendonitis compounded by arthritis. Feels bad man. Ibuprofen is my heroin.

yup! 600 mg starts the anti-inflammatory doses, i love me some ibuprofen brah - nothing else has worked for me, unless you're talking like... intravenous morphine :P haha had a nice bolus dose of that after I woke up from my shoulder surgery and WHOA that felt good man.Originally Posted by sawedoffshotgun

No one knows ur body more than u do, doctors will tell u one thing and ur body will tell u another it all depends on ur height and weight. ..1200mg taken at once won't hurt u if ur a big person...I'm small and 200mg is good for me but if the pain is at a 10 , I take 600mg...
