In general women prefer black hair over blonde. In fact, I know many women who don't like blonde at all.

If you see most blonde swedes dating blonde swedish men is not because they prefer them over other phenotypes but because in their enviroment most people they grew up with, and who share/are more culturally compatible to live with on daily life for more than a couple of days are of their same ethnic group , hence look pretty similar. IF there were a true asimilated group of italian kind of looking guys living in sweden, being as much assimilated and integrated as ethnic swedes are, believe me most girls would go for them than over the ethnic swedes (at least in majority of cases), because exotism plays a huge plus (in terms of physical appearance). But as things are now where visual minorities are usually not even close to adapted, they are more of a candy to lust for women than a marriage material.

As for germanics I would say dutch people are overall the better looking ones, followed by northern germans and the Danes. White americans look different to Europeans, too ethnically mixed (with usually something non euro in them) + bad diet and clothing. And too many British/Irish blood in them, In fact the thing about german-americans being majority in the US is more about self identification and not knowing their ancestors more than 2 generations back, A large part of white american ancestry is british colonial blood, in Fact I'd dare to say 65% of white americans have predominantly British/Irish ancestry, and The British/Irish are quite hard to spot on look-wise in continental europe.

If we're to go by general regions rather than countries, then I guess I should change my judgment to Scandinavia and also the Med. The reason I said Brazil is because it's a mix of a lot of different Mediterraneans --Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, etc.--sometimes with a little native or black blood, which ends up having good aesthetics (as long as they don't end up looking too indio or black) and there's also a workout culture there so everyone goes to the gym.

Scandinavia I already said why they should qualify for number one spot.
