From lack of knowledge I'll guess you a beginner.
First EAT ALOT, an get on a program like babyslayers SS (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...ht=sucks+balls).

Just to help you along the way Ill give you some help...

    - You can't build muscle and burn fat at the same time, sorry bro. You cant. You will see a lot of talk about bulking (eating a surplus, gainning muscle + fat) and cutting (eating in a deficit to loose fat, although some muscle will be lost aswell) because of such.

    - Read the sticky, im not gunna be the one to neg you, although someone else will if you ask question that are answered in them. There up there, to provide knowledge to beginners like yourself so you don't need to ask all these questions.

Link to some sticky's since I'm guessing you don't know where they are.

Anyway Ill touch on the kris gethin stuff since it was your main question.
No I don't think you should go on it, there are many more effective programs to go on and also bro...well...there isn't a "shortcut to size" hate to break it you. Go on babyslayers SS like I mentioned then when you have a good base line of strong lifts and build a solid body to start possible go the link I've posted bellow where there are loads of workouts routines to choose from.

Bro your pants have fallen. I vouch for all this mans information though.

Get a myfitnesspal.Com account. Put in your info and add in your goal of 2lbs of weight gain a week. It had a pi chart for your macros and tracks EVERYTHING. Aim for 50%carbs 35% protein and 15% fats
