Ok... update... I have been working out and it's not what I want to be doing and it probably isn't worth journaling, but I've been going . The pain in my hips is virtually gone and I am now just dealing with a lingering lower back ache, so big improvements.... just SO SLOW. I have also been on a deficit for the past week and figured I might as well condition myself and knock some BF while I am limited on the big 3.
Ok... rolfing, Saint qc is just a different modality of body work (massage). Great stuff. I have another appointment tomorrow so...
Anyhow, I did steal something from Cmoores journal (Thanks), and found a great use for the smith machine.

Good news that the hips and back are getting better --- I assume a lot of what you've been doing has been the mobility/speed/flexibility type work like those rack pull-ups

Pistols were very difficult when I started. I had to regain the flexibility. I will be moving to a lower and lower box to progress.

It's Alan Aragon's "crew". Apparently I had just enough of a nutritional clue for him to allow me "in". I wish he would sponsor or create a Sports Nutrition Certification.
