    Small wrists

Hello guys i have small wrists (6.1") at around 5ft8 height , weight 135lbs 9-12% bodyfat. 11.85" forearms 13.2" arms. Will my arms look big if i get them to 15-15.5"? or atleast 14.5" im only 17 years old though.

Benchpress 105KG(231lb according to google) full rep powerlifting form. or 220lb for 3reps
Bicep Curl around 120lb. (training with 37.5kg 4x12 barbell curls from a table or whatever u call it , while sitting).
    Deadlift 341lb.
    Squat is really weak 253lb.
All for 1 rep. Keep in mind i have very long arms with a reach of 184.6cm (72.7") , thats why i deadlift alot more than i can squat.
    Waist size 68.5cm (27")
    Shoulders small 114cm (44.8")
Chest 39.4" no flex / 41.3" with lats when flexing
    Military press 143lb x1

Been working out for 2years with alot of rests was 108lb when i started at 15 years old (166cm height) now 135-138lb at 172.5-173cm

Just one more pic to show how weird my forearms to arms rate look, i dont train my arms that much but i think my forearms grew because of all the benchpressing and deadliftning i can hold 220lb and do 12reps very easy while holding the bar with 2 fingers each hand

They look pretty normal to me... Unfortunately, there isn't really anything you can do about them besides maybe do some overall forearm work to try and offset the look a bit

What the above poster said. Do some farmers walks for huge forearms.

I have small wrist as well and it use to get to me all the time, but small wrist means usually you have small joints and thats a plus if you ever want to get into competition.

Just focus on getting bigger arms and delts, and it will all just look insane with a combination of small joints

HERE is a link to my pic, you can see how small my joints are
