Mean as fuk, but the world is shallow and this is the truth. Either stay fat or work towards not being an example of what this guy's talking about.

I agree with everything, but the part about pointing, laughing and teaching your kids to do the same. No need to be an *******. Keep it to yourself and move on.
Other than that, most people could use a reality check like this article. You may have "tried" to lose weight, but you didn't try more than a couple weeks. Consistency is key.
