It's been a long time and odds are its going to be even longer until I'm "consistent"
Been out of the country and away from the gym life but got to hit it for a month or two this summer. My physique has gone to chit but my strength has stuck around for the most part hope you guys are all doing well

Back from school and settling in again, got fat af so I have a long road ahead...was inactive with lifting for a year while I was out of the country and it took it's toll
Starting weight: 205lbs :'(
Goal is to drop down to 180-185 by the end of the year
starting lifts - not sure about 1RM's
Bench: 230x2
OHP: 135x8
Deadlift: 405x4
Squat: 335x3
Did a fullbody split for a couple months when I got home and hit those numbers by the end of it, just started a new job and will be running an Upper/Lower body split from next week on
diet -
2,500 calories
macros: 250g carbs, 185g protein, 85g fat (probably won't hit these eryday, food situation isnt ideal)
also if anyway still reads this, any good preworkouts that I can take the end of a work day and still fall asleep at a reasonable hour? I have a mild caffeine tolerancePR's -

Hit a few PR's
400x1 squat, really excited about this, went for 4 plates after and dropped it, will get it next week
250x1 bench, chest has always lagged but I hope to get these numbers up therePR's -
