    That's what I hate about a lot of so called "trainers." They claim that hitting muscles from different angles can emphasize certain parts of the muscle ex. Charles Glass talking about getting more peak on the bicep. In reality it's a gimmick they use to try and get more bodybuilding clients to go to them thinking they know something about these magical angles. In reality there is a 100% biomechanical way to simulate every muscle and bb'ers and trainers knew that than they could make the most out of their time in the gym. The only pro who actually knows what he's talking about is Ben Pak and he's even said that if he were to correct a top tier bodybuilder on their workouts he can make them that much better bc he knows about correct biomechanics.

    He's only workout out with him a couple of times go listen to one of Ben Pak's seminars and he basically says that every pro and trainer has no real idea what they're doing
