Simple ways to increase testosterone:
1. Enough calories from healthy sources of fat (flax, peanut butter, even some saturated fat)
2. Enough sleep
3. A calm, content state of mind. A mind that is cluttered by stress releases a lot of cortisol, thus try to be happy. Meditation, though hard to learn, benefits the human body in so many ways.
4. Enough vitamins and minerals (but not too much). Zinc is of particular importance. Multi-vitamin, liver tabs, and ZMA should be part of your routine.
5. Abstaining from alcohol and marijauna, as well as any other drugs. For more information on this, run a search.
6. Enough protein in the diet.
7. Sex, or masturbation, in moderation.
8. Relatively low body fat. Body fat aromatizes into estrogen. Thus, a person of a higher body fat is much more likely to have a higher estrogen level. Lose the fat.
9. And of course. Lifting weights! Particuarly compound movements like deadlifts, squats, and bench press.

You may eat lots of healthy soucers of fat, lots of ZMA, do not masturbate and your body will produce the same amount of hormones, as if you didn´t take them. There´s one thing "negative feedback" that occurs in your body. It doesn´t matter if you take a little or a lot of these ****. One thing only:
good food, good sleep and good trainningUp the Irons!

You're 15, I wouldn't worry about raising it - that may only increase your problems like acne, unwanted hardons during class, etc.
Take a little advice from a 30-something:
You are a teenager only once in your life - enjoy it.
As you get older, things only get tougher.
Let nature take care of these things.

Raises testosterone as well:
- Overfeeding/eating above maintenance.
- Very low saturated fat intake has been linked to low testosterone. Eat a few yolks, some beef, and even some heavy cream/regular cheese.
