Well I'm just trying to get ahead of the class..I found myself more effective this way. I'm just doing the first two weeks of reading and taking notes on it. For the most part I'm getting it. Read the chapter on Caring interventions and Therapeutic Communications and took this online quiz that I found..didnt due too well but it gave me an insight on how to write better notes.
Doing that now with Clinical Decision- Nursing Process (ADPIE) and I think I'm over doing it a little lol. But then again the freakin chapter is close to 100 pages..and I seem to be writing crap down on every page that I read. I guess in a long run itll be good. Itll be easier to review 12 pages of notes summarizing 100 pages in the book.
Tomorrow think I'll start doing some lab work assuming I finish Nursing Process chapter.RN/Healthcare Crew - FGC Crew

Yeah getting all of those documents was def a pain in the ass..a whole lot of running around. Going to the docs, getting blood drawn, getting urine samples, ect.
Def will be interesting too see how our material compares. My first day of clinical is tomorrow ..sort of excited. Hopefully I dont get overwhelmed lol.RN/Healthcare Crew - FGC Crew

In on this thread brahs.
I'm currently getting my pre-reqs out of the way. I'm studying right now for my AP1 test tomorrow, then for the lab practical on Tuesday. I'm taking Micro, Chem, AP1 and speech this semester. I completed my cna program over the summer and am taking the state test next friday. fuarkkkk. I'm not going to get a job this semester, but right after finals I'm definitely going to start looking. I can't wait to start actually taking nursing classes though. Gonna def sub to this.. The more I read into and hear about nursing, the more and more excited I get about it. After spending time in hospitals, my clinicals, talking to people etc I can't freaking wait brahsStarting weight - 350lbs
