Behind the neck Pull Downs

- Right shoulder was "popping" slightly so i changed to normal pull downs, with caution though.
-Also did some triceps, just pull downs though, i was pretty tired.
Notes Chest is struggling with the DC working set pretty bad, usually has long rest periods, obviously the sudden change is not complementing it well. Other than that i feel like im progressing, cant wait to use gear with this program.

Sweet session. Looks a bitch with all the rest pause. How do you find that in comparison to different working sets?

Cheers bro.
Rest day today, ate pretty well so far, got to train at 7.30am in the morning tomorrow, hopefully i can get a big dead lift set it, as i haven't dead lifted for a month or so, need some chalk to do this though, currently all out so i may just have to wait till Thursday, if i have no chalk ill do a big row set
So either a 500 dl for reps or a 375ish row for reps.

Keep it up!!
Im going to post a pic in that pose btwYou want to beat me, don't miss a meal, because I won't. Don't quit on a set because I'll always be one set ahead of you. Don't walk out of my gym without leaving your guts spilled on the floor because you can bet your ass, I won't.

Cheers bro, yeah tats are amazing do it!!
lol Why not, the lazy bish that took this shot for me wouldn't sit up on the bed to take it so the lighting is pretty bad :/
Strong shoulders have always been strong, when im back "on" i'll press the 100's for high reps(8-12).
Benching has always been a weak spot for me, i could dl 500 when i could only bench 225, its getting there though.
Im supposed to be providing a video of me OHP today, this may have to wait as im training at 7.30am and not any of my lifting partners can attend for me sadly, may have to just wait a week but it will be provided.
