Haven't had one of these things in a while, but ill make sure i post and keep up to date with it, i have competed in PL, but injuries have stopped that recently, i currently weigh 190, top weight was 205, before anyone asks if im natural, im not, pm me if you want more details, but dont discuss here please.
On my day i can do extraordinary things, if anything i hope you can learn something from me whilst motivating me.
Pics will be up in the next week or so, vids shall be posted of good lifts too.
