    Should i keep cutting?

I have a dilemma, on monday im starting to work (manual labour) which is gonna be a problem as im currently cutting with IF, i suspect the work will be fairly heavy and that i wont have much energy for lifting as i did before, i usually gym fasted at around 6 pm and have my eating window at 8 pm to 12 am, i've lost a good 11 lbs doing this for a while and my plan is to lose another 11 to finish the cut. However, i will start working at 6.30 am to 4 pm, breakfast will be at 9 and lunch at 12.

Do you think its a good idea to keep cutting? I know i will obviously have to increase my overall caloric intake due to the manual labour, but i still doubt im gonna have much energy left for the gym when im on a deficit while working.

I'm only gonna work for about 3-4 months tho, so im thinking if i should just go on a bulk now and then cut again when im done working, any tips?

I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you suggesting you won't be able to lift because of your job? Not sure what type of manual labor it is, but hopefully you can still lift 3 days per week if you increase your intake to maintain the same deficit you have now.

Why not do the obvious and start the job, see how you get on and then adjust accordingly?
