I'm on 10-rep week, and am getting annoyed by a difference in size in my pecs. Left is bigger than right. I ened to look good in 3 weeks, so would changing bench from barbell to dumbells be a good idea? Even if its mid circle?

btw am on cirlce 5 I think
Just show up. Move some iron. Put in the time. Eat enough food.

With regards to an ab workout, would this be ok for a twice a week workout:
    Bicycle 2x15
    Jackknife sit-up 2x10
    Leg Raises 2x10
    Plank Knee-to-elbows(idk what they're called) 2x10

And then with these i would just add an extra maybe 2 reps, a cycle? idk, im pretty new and not sure how to work my abs while im doing this workout.

Also, with regards to calf raises, is this machine good or should i really stick to barbell's.

I bike and run as well and have been using foam rollers for a while... Good for warmup and after runs etc. But lately I've been trying some stuff from Mobility WOD site by Kelly Starlett(kstar). Also from his book... "Becoming a supple Leapord" Has a lot of stuff in book as well about proper form for major lifts as well.

Found site that has good bookmarks for his free vids ... Been rolling, smashing, flossing for couple weeks and really helps with certian areas... Also really like using voodobands on knee and ankle.

Here is one vid specifically on hip flexors

Try taking breaks and doing some streching.. Hard on your body to sit in chair in one position for so long...

    REPPED!

Awesome video! Thanks so much for the help! I do walk around and stretch frequently, I think it's just because it is more than I am used to.

Getting ready to head to the gym now for C1W4 Heavy day! Grabbed some Redline for a little extra boost. Figured I would start with 1/4 of a bottle and see how it goes, I will update in about an hour

Just completed my work out for cycle 2 week 1 heavy. After putting all my weights up I though that this was going to kill me but it was the other way round, I nailed it I am starting to really get into the routine now and am loving it. My only concern is the my deadlifts don't feel like they are hitting my hams since I changed the way I do them. As soon as I have enough posts to put a link up I will video them an seek advice from you guys.

    Cheers

    Finished C1W4 Heavy Day...

As I said above, I decided to give Redline a try, only used 1/4 bottle, I was still jittery and going even 45 minutes after my workout, plus I felt a little nauseous towards the end of the routine, so I am going to cut it down to 1/8 bottle and see how that works, it definitely pushed me through though that's for sure! Pretty much the last couple reps of every lift got pretty tough but I was able to push through them all. I even got to the point where my BOR and RDL, I had to place the barbell on the ground instead of back on the rack because I was so dead haha

Weighed myself this morning, 221lbs, started at 215... Wasn't trying to gain weight, not even eating to gain weight, I am guessing its just building muscle/water weight from creatine. Mirror definitely shows a different story so I am not too worried about it. I am only eating about 1800-2100cal/day so its a little bit under maint. Oh well. Pics will come after first cycle so in another 2 weeks
