I was really looking forward to trying Pronom23 so thank you for the sample I received yesterday. I usually have to put peanut butter in my shakes because I dont like the taste of many ive tried in the past, I tried Pronom23 with 6oz of whole milk and 3 ice cubes hoping it would be good without PB since everyone around here seams to love it. Sorry CL but I couldnt even finish it, maybe ive missed it but I dont understand how there has been nothing negative about the taste of this stuff, seems to me like Controlled Labs can do no wrong in these forums.

Not trying to be rude, again thanks for the sample and I will continue to use White Flood on and off and I am thinking about picking up a 90 serving tub of Purple Wraath when i get my Xmas bonus next week, ive been wanting to try it for a while now and the sample tasted really good. Right now im taking a break from stims and I just throw my creatine in gatorade on my workout days but id like to give PW a 3 month run with my creatine and see how it goes. Hopefully it goes on sale which it never seems to be on this site, I have seen it cheaper but I like ordering here.

oh I also love the comment one of the reps made in another post, something along the lines of we made this product for you guys, barely, if any profit at all....come on man

Unfortunately it's true. There is little money to be made in proteins that use whey/casein (if you are going to make it affordable for customers). Sourcing is getting more and more expensive these days.

I am very proud of how PROnom came out (formula wise and flavor wise), both flavors are great imo (with chocolate being a personal favorite).

I would be surprised if CL is not just breaking even on it. Maybe a slight profit, but the risk is alot higher than any profit that they will see. When they said we made it for yall I would have to agree because from a business standpoint it probably wasn't the best option.

You must of been referring to my comment on a review that was made, no where did I state there was no profit as I said "we do not much money" also if you happen to stumble upon another sample packet of PROnom23 try it in 3 oz of fluid and you'll be amazed at how great it taste as imo 6 oz of fluid plus a few ice cube dilutes the taste a bit much as I use 1 scoops in 5-6 oz of fluid myself. But overall though I'm glad to hear you've enjoyed Purple Wraath enough to contemplate a tub for future purchase

Unfortunately the labels do not count towards their UPC promo due to the product not making enough profit. Which tells me they have provided a quality product and did not sell consumers short by keeping costs low.

Sorry you did not like the chocolate, but perhaps it's the fact that you combined ice and milk. Not sure if you usually do that with your regular protein drink, but ice might have made the flavor stronger. I'm drinking BCAA's right now w/ ice and I'm not liking it today compared to other days w/out ice.

wow, surprised. with the sample packet you should only use 3 ounces of liquid since its a half serving, that alters the taste a lot.

we make nothing on pronom 23. the gross profit margin is very low. then factor in shipping costs, insurance, returns, damages and overhead and we break even if we are lucky. I dont think people realize the companies selling legitimate protein products make no net profit on the product.

Gotta try the vanilla, it's very unique and seems to more favorable but lots of people are still loving the Chocolate though
