OP, I know this feel. Been lifting for a year and still look the same lol. Skinny fat. Brb bulk up for 3 months? Spend 6 months cutting down. Halfway through the 6 months, you look like **** so you go on ANOTHER 3 month bulk and BOOM, you've got another 6 month cut.

is there a way i can delete my account? my social life has gone to **** after finding the misc, i used to think i was jacked because of what people said then i realized what a shtty body i really have when i saw threads on here and after making this thread. Let me tell you something you already know. The misc ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as misc. Honestly OP I think you're just going to be more disappointing if you keep cutting. You need some more size, just try to gain 1/2-2/3 lbs a week for 6 months.
I'd start doing starting strength until you get reasonable numbers and then move onto madcows. If you don't push yourself on lifts why would your body put on more muscle? this, but anyways.. You dont have "skinny fat genetics" your just not consistent. Be on point with your diet / training and check back in 6 months. Results come with time and dedication. You should not be comfortable in the gym. You should be making food everyday. Its not rocket science and you cannot blame anything on genetics until you start to actually build muscle. Genetics doesnt stop you from building muscle.
