Their stomach's look "hard"... harder than mine... That's the "abs" I want to achieve... not a six pack but just that "hard and flat stomach" look... I see definition in the pics I posted. It's a lot more defined than my stomach.
I do see muscle; not a TON of muscle but I can see the lines in their stomach... the vertical lines... obliques I guess...

In response to the OP - I would estimate your body fat percentage to be around 22-23%. I agree with the other posts that to get your abs showing, you'll need to bulk and then cut. This will take quite a while, years perhaps. It is most definitely achievable for most people. If you're looking for just a lean mid-section (this applies to the bulk/cut cycles as well as eating for overall health), I'd suggest that you base the majority of your meals around lean meat (chicken breast! yum), complex carbohydrates (sweet potato, oats etc), some dairy to keep those bones strong and fruit and veggies of course. Oh and fats! You will hear some people say 'if it fits your macros' then go ahead and eat it. But whole, nutritious, "healthy" foods make you feel and look great. They best for satiety, IMHO.
Completely changing your body isn't a matter of weeks or months. It should be a lifelong commitment to gradually improving yourself everyday.

Thanks... This is helpful. I think I don't want the hard abs that most people think of when they hear the word "abs" but more leaner... like Jennifer Aniston or Nicole Scherzinger type of body... I do eat lean meats most of the time (chicken breasts, wild salmon and cod) and I am aware of the fact that changing my body is a lifelong commitment
My main source of complex carbs nowadays is quinoa; dinner is usually quinoa and chicken breast/wild salmon or some other type of fish or shrimp with veggies etc.

Wow, I even zoomed my screen in...nope....no abs there!
To be honest OP, there are so many women wanting the 'Victoria's Secret' body, and kind of misunderstanding what that is or how to potentially get it.
Firstly genetics play a huge part, those girls are naturally tall and have a generally ectomorph body type (they have long limbs and long light muscles and are naturally on the skinny side.
Secondly their 'trainers' are only interested in keeping them very feminine, without a hint of muscle. The only requirement is a flat belly (flat does not = abs) and a balance of fat to keep them smooth but not too wobbly.
So if you want to look like them, and are not genetically similar, it's going to be a hard road. If you must, you would do well to aspire to someone with similar stats, body type to what you have been dealt. Better yet, aspire to make your own body the very best it can be and forget what anyone else looks like.
If you really do want to follow the Victoria's secret route, I am sure there are plenty of work outs etc online which these models are alleged to follow, which may be better suited to giving you what you want.
Asking bodybuilders how to get 'abs' like a Victoria's secret model....seems like using a sledgehammer to crack a walnut!Lost over 65lbs, and got some of my life back! I may be disabled, but don't underestimate me :)
If it were easy everyone would do it!

Hello.
What would you recommend for someone to decrease body fat and get leaner??
5'5" ~142 lbs.
~ 23% body fat..
how many calories per day?
Right now trying to bulk up and get more lean muscle mass.
Have alot of trouble with abs section..so far.
For now, eating about 2000 ~ 2100 calories per day..
And training at least 5-6 times a week (weight training), with little cardio alongside.
But dancing (light to moderate) at least 3-4 times a week.
