    Kre Alkalyn

    Does breaking up the pills into my protein shake limit the effects of Kre Alkalyn? What is the best time to take it? I have heard generally pre and post workout and have heard some people take it before bed. Is it important to take on off days (training 4-5 days per wk)

    Why would you break up the pills or caps? powdered versions are usually less expensive so maybe go that route next time. Breaking them up will not limit the effect. You can take creatine at any time. your weekly maintenance depending on your bodyweight is around 20-25 grams, so dosing 4 times a week will be fine.

    Breaking the caps or not wont make a difference
    as long as your getting 3-5g of creatineon workout days you are good to go
    no need to load/cycle.

    Actually its a decent product. Go by the amount on the bottle. When I have exceeded that limit although I drink a ton of water I get dry mouth. Its buffered creatine and its potent. I tried it and it works like creatine mono but a bit stronger. U wont get better results but u wont have to take as much.

    No loading required.

    As said above it won't have any effect. I do know kre powder is less exoensive or you can go with regular mono unless you have issues with it.
    If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.

    Not sure why you'd want to break them open as they are easy to swallow. But as the instructions state on the product: Up to 175 lbs take one cap before and 1 cap after workout.
    175 lbs and above, take 2 caps before and after workouts.
