    My current bodyfat estimation please

    85kg weight and 185cm height

    i dont have a measurement for my wais but guessing from my jeans size it would be some please between 31-32 inches

    I have some pirctures before i started bulking and some pictures some weeks into the bulk.

    Can you tell me if i did something right, or did i completely gained the wrong results, i can definatly see im not that defined anymore, i can lift more heavy now and it seems like i gained some size, but i also gained maybe to much fat.

    What is your estimation on before and after pics?

    5'3/160cm - 136 lbs/62 kg

    I have been cutting for 8 weeks, I plan to cut 4lbs in 4 weeks then go on a bulk for 3/4 months at 1/2lb a week. Is this a good plan and could someone estimate my bodyfat please?

    230 6'2.5" Can i get an estimated body fat %? I have posted pictures in my gallery on here. I have lost 170 pounds in the last 2 years. I have loose skin, and I don't know if i should continue bulking or cutting. My goal right now is to keep cutting to 200lbs before end of summer.

    Thanks man, I hope i get a lot more guestimates, I have been lifting for over a year and a half now so I'm trying to get as much muscle as I can, i will never stop lifting I love it.

    Most of my friends/family say "you're not that fat you just have a lot of loose skin". I honestly see 0 loose skin and just see me being extremely fat. That kinda happens when you start at 400 pounds and get down to 230 i guess.

    Moats1 – that estimate is too low 16-18%

    JordanCABJ – 10-12%

    William622 – Hard to tell with the lack of LBM, 16-18% roughly

    Niemamnietu – is full of crap, stubborn lower belly fat does not indicate hormone problems

    Xcidd – There isn't a whole lot of time between the before and after so I would not expect a major change. 1 month is nothing in body building. In your current pics I would say you are 15-17%.

    Beaskness – 22-24%

    Klunkeh – 16-18%

    Sam903 – poor pics, but around 17-19%

    RicLQH – 20-25%, hard to say with so little LBM. If I were you I would get my macros straight, eat in a deficit until I drop down to around 145lb while lifting hard then go on a long slow bulking phase back up to 165 and re-evaluate.

    Yes sir I"m open to as much advice as I can get. And yes i lift extremely hard, and i keep progressing (about 18 months into lift) so I"m doing something right. Still gaining strength while cutting and I lift 5 days a week hard man. I'm putting as much effort into this as I can. THanks again for your input on my body fat %

    More like 15-17%. Could still do close to 10% by year end. Need to lose about 1lb per week and keep lifting hard.
