BF estimate?
5'10"
162 pounds
I have small love handles, but the rest of my body is quite lean. Veins in my shins are visible, shoulders and arms are veiny as hell after a workout, and even saw a slight vein in my lower abdomen today.
Estimates appreciated.

What do you guys think my bf% is? I'm guessing about 13%.
Regardless of what it is, I'm cutting down to 135 lbs before my bulk. I'm 5'6 and currently weigh 141. I'm just curious about the number.Been serious about these Macros since 06/2013

Body fat and cutting
Hello. I'm 22, 5'5. 150lb
I'm about to start cutting next month.
Any tips to get started would be nice.
Waist- 32.5
Chest- 34
Bicep- 12
I think I am about 17-20%. I would like to get to 10%. Any idea how long that will take and what plan I should follow?

Hi,
Could do with an estimate as not sure if I'm being harsh on myself:
Age: 30
Height: 6"2
See below for measurements and photos:
My current 20% estimate is based on the fact I reckon I was around 12% when I weighed 187lbs (165lbs lean mass), although I may have put more lean mass on as have still been lifting to some degree.
PS Look a little awkward in photos as was taken from a still off a video on my phone. I'm not flexing (maybe a touch on holding the core tight), but standing very upright and firm!

I've tried calipers and lots of different calculators online and all show different. Please guess my body fat

Hello, I've tried a few different body fat calculators, but don't really get consistent results.
Can anyone take a guess?
Weight: 172lbs
Waist: 29"
Height: 5'9"
Age: 19
