The picture that started me going to the gym again, and four months progress so far. Estimates please.
6'4 200. Haven't lost really any weight surprisingly.
Can't figure out how to make pictures just appear normal.

Hi everyone,
Thought I would post up current images and see what % you guys and gals reckon? The machine at work (probs very inaccurate!) says about 28% I figured around 30? This is after losing 60lbs, and still going lol. Appreciate the feedback I'm 5'10.5" and weight 217lbs

I thought I was around 15-16%%, but after taking Lactase for lactose intolerance I've noticed a lot more definition, thinking I might be a bit less. I'm mid-bulk at the moment and just wondering what my BF% looks like to you guys.
168cm, 68-69kg.
The first photo I took before my workout, the second and third after the workout. Sorry for the poor photos and douchey pose, I had to take them quickly.

I think 15% is about right. The problem with you is that you carry most of it in your midsection. At 20 years and with the little muscle you have you are the PERFECT candidate for a recomp. What you need to do is forget about your bodyfat, get in a good weighlifting program, lift heavy, track progress, and most likely you will gain mass as you lean out at the same time. Eat a healthy diet but don't go into a diet. Eat 200 calories above your maintenance. You follow that and you will look very different in a year.

5'11, 293lbs, 19 inch biceps, 22 inch neck, waist is 38 inches, size 12 shoe (lol), 54 inch chest (at least that's what suit top size I wear).
Pictures are front/side/back and naturally standing, no flex, no sucking in, no adjusting my posture. I know I'm big and I'm new to the game of fitness but I'd just like a more accurate guesstimate of my BF % as I have a Health-O-Meter scale that estimates me at 50% lol and I think that's a LITTLE harsh.

I would say 18-20%.
Remember too that bf % are different for guys and girls in that girls carry for fat. 15% for a guy is pretty meh. For a female 15% is fitness model stuff. Much lower then that and youre dipping into essential fat and you'll stop mensturating and a whole host of negative health issues can happen.
In any case, you look great.

I used the online Navy body fat estimate-er formula and my percent was around 34%, for a second try I used the BB.com calipers and formula and the most I could get was 26%. 34% seemed a little high and 26% seemed low, I was thinking around 31-32%.
6'5
300ish

Hey guys, new to the forum and I'd like some help!
I started my cut about about a month ago (13 jan), and I've been keeping an eye on my BF. According to my caliper I'm 10% BF, but I'd like a second opinion!
What do you think?
H 5'10
W 141 lbs
PS, I'm way too skinny right now.. Got to start my lean bulk as soon as my abs come in.
Thanks guys.
