I didn't buy this, but a local rehab facility wanted this Nautilus back extension out of their way and gave it to me. It 's in great shape and has a 250lb weight stack. I have it listed on CL but I'm using it mean while. It works great pairing this with reverse hypers.
Now OK for Sig line to be a novel

Scored another York set off CL this morning. Seller said his brother acquired them 25 maybe 3o years ago and they've been in his cellar the last 15. Only an hour away; that hasn't happened to me before.
Check out the rough edge on the 35. Fella on the grinder must've stepped away for a cup of joe.

stopped by PIAS to try and offload some junk, no luck.
but i wanted to pick up some 2.5's and 5's to replace mine that i sold recently as a set. found these:
Any idea who makes these things? so pissed there was only 1 5# plate...the guy said someone came in and bought just one. WHO ****ING DOES THAT. i had to buy a brand new cheap plate instead of a matching pair of used.
i saw a couple of York 35's, but i don't have a need for them. it broke my heart but i saw a couple of 45# roundheads...didn't have the cash to pick them up, and i'm not sure i want to start picking them up piecemeal, but yah...looks like someone offloaded some milled weights.Last edited by Domicron; 03-20-2015 at 11:10 PM.

Those eleikos are competition-rated discs and are in kg, not lbs, so you're definitely going to notice the extra 5+ lbs in the case of the 1.25s. The quarter kilo and half kilo plates aren't so much for being able to feel the difference as they are for getting to your true max. The smaller two plates aren't exactly the kind of plate I'd expect to be used day-to-day.Originally Posted by dailob

That black five pounder is definitely a Cap. Mine are identical. This is typical, they are nicely lathed and quite accurate. I hear newer versions might not be. I imagine the other plates are similar quality, maybe the same foundry but a different brand.Originally Posted by Domicron
