Bench reccomendations for incline bench in a powercage

Hi, I am planning to get a bench and have looked at the Ironmaster super bench and Powertech and body solid benches. The question is I have a power cage at home and not sure if these will be ideal for incline pressing. My current bench is 21 inches off the ground and I am 5 feet 4, so I feel it may be a bit difficult to unrack the weight in the cage. If anyone has pictures of how would any of these benches look in an inclined position in a power cage that would be great? The reason I ask for pictures is that I live in New Zealand and these benches can be only purchased online.

It's almost impossible to recommend a bench for incline within your rack if we don't know what kind of rack you own. Some benches simply won't work well inclined in some racks due to the location of the rear feet, bench frame design, and the placement of the rack's lower rear crossbar. Some benches can straddle this crossbar, some can't. Some racks are offset enough in the rear to work with just about any bench.

Sorry I did not mention that . The brand I own is called iron power and have attached an image . The rear feet is only 3 inches away from the back base. I hope this info helps.

Sorry. The benches I am currently looking at are the Powertec Utility Bench which is about 520$ (NZD) , Ironmaster Super Bench which is about 550$ (NZD) and the body solid GFID225 479$ (NZD) . These are the only famous branded ones available.

Any of those benches will work for incline press provided you turn the bench around and place your j hooks on the rear of the front uprights.

The iron master bench is tall also. For inclines it is fine, but as a flat bench I quit using it years ago.

Are you as tall as me too (5 feet 4) and did you try plates under your feet?

I agree with Daniel on flipping the bench around, but you may also consider the Bodycraft F320 for ultimate rack compatibility. Good pads, a little taller @ 19", but during incline the seat lowers down pretty close to the ground which was nice. I owned both the original and newer versions, just too tall in the flat positions for my liking (there are work arounds for that).
