I suspect the unpacking had something to do with it, I've never have a good workout when fiddling around with something during my rest periods (most of the time chasing kids LOL). Very interested to hear what you think about the bar, $250 during Black Friday was a great deal. The only way I could see myself buying a SSB would be from Edge, and I would want it custom fitted to the width of my shoulders. Measure the width of the pads from center to center if you could please!!!

Title is misleading.... he sold them to us for $600... more than half off retail. My brother has been wanting a bench, rack and dumbells; two down, one to go. I didn't mind having him pay the $600 considering these had the upgrade, the dip attachment, and the bench. Ironmasters are one of those things even I can't use the wiki wiki on.... sigh.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪

Ordered a MDUSA Barbell Rack with 15% off which was delivered this week. Looking forward to storing the bars horizontally in one place rather than the vertical slots in the power rack and plate trees. Looks well built, should hold the bars securely without scratching.

Bought a Power Systems Pro Power bar for $55. Going to tear it down in it's own thread over the holiday, going to have a 'beater' bearing bar.

New years eve CL score, twenty minutes from the house. Concept 2 model C. In great shape, clean, tighten, lube, ready to go. Funny how most of this CL exercise equipment is only dusty not worn out? Got to love new years resolutions. Monitor burned out but they'll sell me the PM5 and wallet still won't be hurt compared to a new one.

Correct you are, Clive.
Don't you worry about that. I've been planning. I drilled a few more holes in my rack and bolted on a few more storage pegs in preparation for their arrival. Hopefully I will provide photographic proof in a few days!
Actually it was to clean up the clutter. Not all decoration, most have a use. In order:
Top 2 are identical 80's York Oly bars. I need to find a new home for one of them. I liked those bars for rows and cleans before I got a few others to replace. But don't need to have both.
Third from Top - A 1978 York Split Sleeve w/ screw on donut and hex set screw - This is the nicest of my vintage bars and now is my go to bar for The Press. Will occasionally do rows and cleans with it.
Forth Down - An unknown Power bar. This is a solid, quality commercial grade bar. I have asked about it in a previous thread, but no one has been able to identify it. It's a keeper b/c of the unbelievable quality. I use it on light squat Days.
Fifth down - Iron Co V2 Oly bar (yes the freebie). This is my new go to bar for any lift from the floor. Deadlift, Rows, Cleans
Bottom - York B&R Bar (now known as 1.1) - This is my "inside the rack" bar. I use it for most of my squat workouts. Especially heavy days, or max effort days. It is also my bench bar.
As for the single one delegated for "Decoration" only - That would have to be this special Wide collar - Split Sleeve York Bar. She stays on Display:
