Yeah, this was a good deal. I am finding that it seems to hit my traps more than my lats, I'm going to play around with it this weekend to see if I can find a way for the handles to be lower on my body (closer to my waist than my shoulders). I might build a riser to put on the footplate, or figure out a way to add a handle that is longer and more of a neutral grip.

I posted these in the Rogue thread, but I like them so much I thought they were worth a double post. 410lbs of colored Rogue bumpers, found them on craigslist.

Picked up these plates last night for $120. The Ivankos look like the O2B. 325 pounds of plates and some random dumbbell singles. Not all of the plates were Ivankos and I was left with some singles, but I should be able to recoup the costs by selling off the unwanted, generic plates and the random dumbbells.

I'm thinking flat black like the unbranded Ivankos I previously finished or I may decide to bring them down to bare steel like I saw on dieselmike's thread about the hammered rosemary finish. Look for some better pictures once I get these plates finished.[]---[] Ivanko Barbell Crew []---[]

I bought two new stall mats today at TS, one is still outside. They were on sale for $35, not sure for how long. Too bad they were not when I bought the other 4 a couple of weeks ago. There are a bunch of adhesive backed UHMW strips from McMaster, waiting for something. I received them this past week within 24 hours of ordering them. They have an Atlanta location and obviously shipped same day. I also bought the Danger sign from them. In the back is the Black Widow dip station I got this past week.

Not a huge purchase, but something I've been considering for a while...
http://www.amazon.com/Sunny-Health-F.../dp/B002CVU2HG
It's not a high-end bike, but I want to make sure I'm going to enjoy it and actually use it on a regular basis before I drop the money on a commercial unit. I got a pretty good deal on this one and it's in like-new condition, so I won't lose any money when I decide to sell."What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

I got the bench and smaller parts inside. The Uprights are still in the backyard. No rain in the forecast tonight. Will regroup and try to get the rest in and assembled tomorrow late afternoon. I have to work all weekend so I wont be able to do anything.

I've had a mountain bike for close to 20 years now, but with three boys (two of which are involved in local sports) and my job, my daylight "free" hours are somewhat limited. The spin bike will be right there, day/night, rain/shine. My wife also takes a spin class 2-3 times a week, so it would be something for her to use when/if she misses class and doesn't feel like running.

Nice! I just picked this one up tonight for $50. It needs new pedals, and a clean up, but it'll do for winter cardio. My girlfriend owns her own fitness studio and has 10 Spinner NXT's, but it's just far enough away that I don't ever use them. We'll see what excuses I can find now that I have one in the garage...

Nice bikes guys. I picked up a spinner NXT a few months ago for the wife but turns out I love it too! We subscribed to Peloton for $12/month. They have hundreds of rides on demand at different lengths, themes, intensities etc. I really like it. I'm even thinking about selling my rower because I just done use it anymore....

I'll be deadlifting directly on it. I think I'll have enough to double up in the deadlift area so that should help. I'm also thinking about buying some bumpers on Black Friday to do some Olympic lifting and make the dreads a bit quieter as I lift at 530 in the morning.

I would think being in Cali you'd see them often. I scored my first half in Wa, then these in Az.As for the dumbbells.... I haven't used the 110s or 115s since I've moved to Az in June, too much other stuff going on, but I'm settled in and lifting more now so they'll see use again.

First score good enough to post here!!!!
Wanted a matching set of quality plates. Lucked out tonight and picked up about 1000 pounds of Ivanko (deep dish I think) plates. The paint is a bit rough but no rust! I was so excited I haven't even unloaded them but had to post. My back seat is loaded with more plates but I only took a pic of the rear hatch load. I got apron. 10 x 45 12x25 14 x 10 12x5 and 8x2.5! Time to scout the Ivanko thread and find out more about these. They do not appear to be milled but look to be hi quality castings. Anyone know if they are American made? Are they deep Dishes? I got the whole lot for $320! I grabbed everything they had at that price. I couldn't even find generic crap in CT for .50 a pound so Ivanko plates at about .33 seemed a steel!!!!!!
Will post up more pics later!
