    What does high volume training mean?

    what does high volume training mean? and does anyone have a good push pull legs routine, with sets exercises and reps?

    high volume means more sets and reps then low volume

    you could smash the muscle group with low volume and heavier weights too. high volume just means your doing more sets, like 15 sets per muscle group would be pretty high volume

    refers to number of sets and reps. But more specifically total sets.
