I thought everything felt good today. However, afterwards I had some backside elbow capsule pain, which I’ve been rehabbing. Time to make an appointment and jump through the hoops to make sure I don’t have any tearing or a bone spur going on. Yay

Mind wasn’t all that into it today. I was more focused on the doc appointment I had for my elbow. I was fortunate to get an mri directly after my appointment so I should have results tomorrow. I’m obviously hoping for good news.
