I want to gain mass in my upper body & am having trouble with finding some workouts that will help me get defined and bigger someone please help look at my pics to see how thin i am right now

you are HAVING TROUBLE finding some WORKOUTS to help you get better defined and bigger? Do deadlifts, bench pressing, and squats. Everything else should be obvious, I mean it all should be pretty obvious. And like mrmrbill referenced.. EAT MORE
