Are all in one protein shakes any good for muscle mass building or should I now start taking
Muscle mass weight gainer protein ?
Reason I ask I've Been instructed to take 3 protein shakes a day
The muscle mass shakes only have 18servings per tub where as the all in one for the same price has 25 servings
Help would be appreciated

If your asking about weight gainers and such.. Don't waste you're money just a bunch of sugars carbs and crap with not enough servings In a tub ect..
Get a tub of whey protein and proceed to make your own gainer.. blend it or shake it.. Add In oats/pb/flax/olive oil/ berries/ pretty much any that stuff
I like a mix of ice,2scoop protein, fat free milk, oats,pb,blueberry and ice cubes blend it up taste great
Just an easier way to get your calories and cheaper
