the least I've weighed since the 7th grade
Its been a super hard road to get here but I've never felt this type of self satisfaction in my life!
I've come a long way from just a few years ago when I signed up for this website and lied about my weight on my stats because I was too embarrassed to admit that I weighed almost 250 pounds
Thanks to all of you guys! I may not post on this forum a ton but I read it almost everyday and you guys have been a big inspiration/motivation to get my ass in the gym even when I really didn't feel like it.
For those of you who are just beginning your weight loss journey and are wondering if the juice is worth the squeeze, I'd like to tell you all that it is! I'll tell you right now that it won't always be easy but nothing worth doing ever is. At the end of the day though, the first time you take off your shirt and don't feel self conscious anymore you'll know you've done the right thing. Thanks again guys, I'll be around. 170 here I come!

Nah, Like I said it took a couple years to get to this point, so I lost the weight slow enough that loose skin wasn't an issue
Thanks, and congrats on your weight loss as well! Lbm was never an issue, believe it or not before I ballooned up I was an all state wrestler in high school so the muscle/frame was always there under the layer of fat lol
Yeah man, plateaus are the worst! Whenever I would hit one I would just tweak one little thing in my diet or workout and that usually solves the problem.
I looked at your before and current pics and whatever you are doing seems to be working great. Keep up the good work!
The energy levels are so much higher now. It really is like night and day

Yeah bro I'm trying to get as shredded as possible, its gonna be a freakkin Cinderella story with proteinz playing the part of the glass slipper. I think 175 is more realistic for my frame. I think I might die if I get down to 170 lol. But when I get there its time to bulk.
Getting to where I am now should be a piece of cake for you. I don't even do any cardio or anything. Just eat clean and work your ass off in the gym and you'll be where you want to be in no time.
