    ***CONTROLLED LABS*** Gold Feast Watermelon Sponsored Log!!

    So, before I get started I want to thank Controlled labs and the reps (specifically PowerCage) for giving me the opportunity to log GOLD FEAST!

    I was rather surprised, why?
    Well in case anyone does not know, I’m not a lifter – meaning the gym is never my go to place.
    “WTF! So how the hell are you going to do this log!?” you’re probably asking…

    Before I get into my training schedule I would also like to thank the members of Bodybuilding.com! You guys are literally amazing! All the tips, advice and knowledge most of you gave are truly helpful and I can’t stop thanking each and every one of you. The best part of it all is that I’m still learning and willing to absorb more information. I always keep an open mind with you guys since I learned so much from bb.com (forums)
    I started my workout journey in the beginning of the year – January 2012 and I haven’t looked back. I can literally say Self-motivation is the best motivation however, seeing many results on BB.com have pushed me into a greater drive for improvement. I...actually love you guys lol...
    I will now get into my workouts – again, please keep an open mind as I have with the forum community!

    Training Program(s):
    P90X2, Insanity, Insanity Asylum

    January – March = P90X2

    April – June = Hybrid of P90X2 and Insanity Asylum

    July = Hybrid of Insanity and Insanity Asylum (It’s a 30 day schedule – Schedule is below)

    This Month (August) I’m doing Insanity Asylum (30 day schedule) for the GOLD FEAST Log

    I started the program this Monday but I got GOLD FEAST today (8:13pm)

    AGAIN! Please, I'm not trying to "sell" this program. I really don't want to keep you guessing so I'm showing everything!

    SO, today's workout was

    STRENGTH (Link below for those who don't know what the workout consists of):

    This workout was hard as usual but still kept my intensity to 100%. There are hardly any breaks in STRENGTH! It didn't show everything in the video but you get the idea. One round they didn't show was the chest and core round! You are basically resembling a bench press position but you're on the floor with your legs 6 inches above the ground with your head up. Your lower back has to be TOUCHING the floor at all times. The core has to be TIGHT. You're also holding dumbbells above your head doing chest presses, alternating chest presses etc. While you're doing this, you are also bringing your knees to your core each rep.

    Now, there are a total of 6 workouts within the program! I will provide a link to those 5 programs so you guys will have an idea of what I'm doing. HOWEVER...I have a treat for you guys lol. There's one workout that does not have a youtube video! This workout is called OVERTIME. That workout is RIDICULOUS and I will have someone record be while I'm doing it so you guys can see it! I'll record 5 - 8 seconds of each exercise in that specific workout.

    Those insanity/P90x exercises are no joke. I did a few sessions as wife begged me to down....buy it, lol!

    Huge respect for you man. I haven't done it on a good few weeks as it just kicks my arse!

    What's up guys! Day 4!

    So, I got off work today at 6pm. I play ball every thursday from 6pm - 8pm (COMPETITIVE, not for "fun"). I felt so drained. My back and legs were done! I was really looking forward on CL Arsenal stack (WF/GM/PW). I still had to do my main workout program. What sucks is that...

    Today's workout was BACK TO CORE:

    This workout literally works out your entire back! It may not look like much when you guys look at it, but my God...It's not something to underestimate!.This workout, on it's own, is a killer. Mind you, I was already close to running on E.

    I took my arsenal stack, stopped complaining and did what I had to do...

    I'm literally done right now. It's hard to just type this log lol.

    Anyway, I'm currently drinking GOLD FEAST and It's distracting me from the pain a little bit. Every gulp is like, "mmmmm, yeaaaaaa, aauughhhh" Very good!

    Tomorrow is rest day but I'm prolly going to play ball again with the fellas. They talk too much **** lol. They got bodied in the paint today so they want a re-match!

    Like I said last night, today is rest day. I prolly won't rest though lol. I'm heading out to go play ball in a few. I just had a serving of GOLD FEAST. I feel good (A little sore and tired but manageable)! The taste of GOLD FEAST is just getting better and better. I actually look forward to drink it

    So, I didn't get too much sleep since I went to a party last night! BAD

    However, I did not drink at all! The only thing I drank was water, kudos to me
    By the time I got home, it was around 5am. I slept for about 6 hours. Ate breakfast, relaxed etc etc.

    I just did my workout: SPEED & AGILITY

    Intensity was 100% -- Stagnant as usual

    Today was a good day...active...but good! Finished doing laundry and got home around 11:00pm. I Just completed my workout and now drinking GOLD FEAST...MMMMMM!

    The past couple days I've been feeling really good! 23 days to go

    Damn just downing the drink ey, I like to enjoy it by extending it out to about 2-3 minutes

    Also it's nice to see Gold Feast being utilized for other type of training beside weight training, it's pretty versatile and everyone can benefit from it considering the nutrition profile.

    Yea, sometime I take 1 scoop considering 1 scoop is good for 8-10oz of water, as hell some protein out there you can only do 1 scoop with max like 5oz of water to make it decent otherwise anymore water than that and it taste nasty. So honestly although Gold Feast is 30 serving it could realistically be spread out to make 60 decent size shakes.

    Also another note the Fruit Punch flavor is also bomb I honestly can't tell which I like more between that and the Watermelon.

    Yea it's only 10g of protein but then again I don't use it just for the protein but rather for the amazing profile. I do take 2 servings a day but I spread it out into 4 ice cold shakes so it makes me feel like I have a lot lol

    As I woke up this morning I felt great. Had my breakfast and went to work. By the time I got home, it was 3pm. I was a little hungry so I ate a little snack (Wheat bread w/ Peanut Butter). IDK why, but the snack knocked me out! lollll I woke up at 6:30pm! smh

    Anyway, I got mentally prepared, took my arsenal stack and went in!

    Today's workout: BACK TO CORE [ Link is in recent post(s) ]
    As I said before, the workout may not look as much from the preview (They never show all the exercises) but it's NO JOKE! Your BACK will be finished!

    I can definitely see I'm making progress! Reps definitely increased (VERY PROUD OF MYSELF *Pats Back*)

    As you guys can tell, I like taking GOLD FEAST as a post workout or if I'm feeling hungry (But mostly post workout)

    Currently drinking GOLD FEAST and I can't get enough of it. I keep drinking it too faaaaast *Cries* !

    Good Morning/Afternoon Day 9!

    Today I woke up extremely pumped! (Love working out in the morning)

    I had my bowl of oats and a banana around 7am. I started my workout around 9:30am

    Today's workout was VERTICAL PLYO

    As usual, kept my intensity 100%
    I put in 100% everyday.

    I 1 serving (2 scoops) of GOLD FEAST 10 min ago. I'm going to have a tuna salad at 2pm.

    I feel good, a little sore but manageable!

    Good Morning! Day 10!

    So I actually had great sleep last night! I had about 8-9 hours of sleep. So, I had my oatmeal at 7am with a banana and oximega greens. I drank about 24 oz of water. This is practically a rest day, nothing crazy

    Being that my main workout is on a rest day, doesn't mean I'm resting lol. I'm at work today from 9am - 2pm. After work I have 2 training sessions. I have basketball training drills for about an hour. When that is done, I'm going to head home and take GOLD FEAST, eat, prepare for my Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Small Circle training in the evening, 2+ hours.

    So, I just got home from my Brazilian JJ session! Sore...but gotta do my main workout! I'm going to take GOLD FEAST post workout.

    Yeaaaaa, Asylum is on another level. It's actually athletic training in a sense. The other day, I saw the atheltic trainer training my University's basketball team (Long Island University -- Black Birds!) and he basically was doing the same Speed & Agility training for the team! (In terms of foot workout with an agility ladder) I found that pretty cool! When you keep your intensity at 100%...everyday...results will flow! (with good nutrition of course)

    Well as I mentioned above, I do Brazilian JiuJitsu and Small Circle. Staying fit and having high endurance is a must!

    However, I found myself more connected to my overall health and fitness now! I just love working out and seeing results! Thanks to you guys, I've made MAJOR progress OVERALL! Thanks so much to the BB.com community!

    Today's workout was BACK TO CORE [Link is in previous post(s)]

    I also did BJJ training from 6pm - 7pm -- pretty much a light day for that

    Just took GOLD FEAST! Feeling pretty good

    Kinda short log day...in a rush...I'm always on the move lol (Heading over to the Bronx)
