This Week’s Weight: 65kg
Cardio (how many days per week/minutes per day): 5 days a week/40 mins per day
Protein grams you’re eating per day: 122g
Carbohydrate grams you’re eating per day: 56g
Fat grams you’re eating per day: 51g
Body Fat +/- % for the week (optional)
